Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Certain items may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
